Returns

Here at AJM Evergreen we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service please let us know so that we can rectify the situation.

Unhappy with your order?

If, for any reason you are not happy with any item you ordered, you can return it to us in the undamaged original packaging (with any shrink wrap still intact) within 14 days of the date of receipt. We will refund your money or send you a replacement. However, we cannot refund the cost incurred for the return postage.

Before making a return, please contact us TELEPHONE NUMBER or email us at sales@ajmevergreen.co.uk so we can decide the best course of action to take.

It is your responsibility to test all goods immediately upon receipt of them, even if they are intended for future use or a present, so that any problems can be identified as soon as possible.

Unwanted items

If you decide you no longer require any item ordered you may return the item. Items returned within 14 days can be opened but must be undamaged and in a state in which they can be re-sold.

If we feel the goods are returned in an unacceptable condition we reserve the right to refuse to refund you or replace them, and we will send the original items back to you.

Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost incurred for the return postage.

Faulty goods

If your product is faulty, please contact us before you send the item back so that we can give you a returns number. Please quote your original invoice number and contact details so that we can put things right as soon as possible.

We will ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods back to us, but this will be refunded when it has been received by us. Please send the goods back using Royal Mail 1st class postage unless we specifically request otherwise. If you send your order back to us using a premium postal service such as a courier, recorded, or special delivery without having been requested to do so by us on email, we will only be able to refund part of the postage cost (up to Royal Mail 1st class cost).

When returning any faulty goods, please make sure you include your full name, address, telephone number and order number so that we can quickly put things right. It would also help us if you could send us a copy of the original invoice, and the original packaging.

We will offer to exchange the faulty goods. In the unlikely case that this is not possible, we will give you your money back.

Please send back the faulty goods within 14 days of your returns code being issued. Goods received after this time will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Please note we cannot accept any faulty items which do not have a returns code.

Wrong item received

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately to request a return code. We will ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods back to us, but this will be refunded when it has been received by us. We will then send out the correct item to you. If you do receive an incorrect item, please do not open the packaging as we may not be able to take the product back.

When returning any goods please make sure you include your full name and contact details so that we can refund you. A copy of your original invoice would also help.
